This format blends the excitement of Zumba rhythms with the added challenge of light resistance training to help you strengthen and define your muscles while keeping the party vibe alive.
During class, you’ll use Zumba® Toning Sticks or light hand weights, which add gentle resistance to help you stay engaged and target specific muscle groups. This combination boosts coordination, enhances rhythm, and focuses on sculpting key areas such as the arms, core, and lower body.
Mat & Motion
Mat & Motion Fusion is a 1‑hour, low‑impact full‑body training experience that blends dynamic movement with purposeful mat‑based work to build a stronger, more balanced you.
